Description
We’re hiring a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative in Sanford, ME to support our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is an ongoing post.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
Process orders and service requests
Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Provide general administrative and team support
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email systems)
Prior customer service experience preferred
