About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Advisory Services team and oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with client goals and milestones. This position offers flexibility in work location, with opportunities to be based in the Seattle area with a hybrid schedule that may include on-site work, or to work remotely depending on candidate and project needs. You will manage processes such as contracting, and scope, schedule, budget, and risk management and reporting, while leading the development of project and task teams and deliverables.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, including advisory services, procurement, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, equity and social justice (ESJ), outreach and engagement, and other functions.
Ensure understanding of client goals through comprehensive project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
Lead the creation and implementation of teams, project management plans and procedures, supporting efficient project execution.
Provide expertise in contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to enhance project planning and execution strategies.
Participate in business development, proposal support, and client presentations, contributing to company growth and contract pursuit efforts.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience, including multi-disciplinary project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience overseeing client advisory services, contracting strategies, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, equity and social justice (ESJ) initiatives, and outreach.
Expertise in ensuring understanding of client goals through comprehensive project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
Alternative/collaborative delivery experience is preferred.
