inContact, Inc. Principal Site Reliability Engineer in SANDY, Utah
Principal Site Reliability Engineer (inContact, Inc.; Sandy, UT): Debug and troubleshoot issues arising in Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environments. Build creative engineering solutions for operations and infrastructure problems, focusing on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation. Propose and drive large improvements to production systems to assist business and engineering objectives. Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies to inform platform strategy. Implement reliability strategies and plans to enhance scalability and performance. Advise engineering teams on observability topics throughout the software development lifecycle. Influence system architecture for fault tolerance and establish reliability standards. Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to align reliability with business priorities, drive capacity planning, drive cost optimization, and represent site reliability engineering in strategic planning to advance organizational reliability goals.
Full-time telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.
