Job Title: Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: 111 E Sego Lily Drive. Suite 400, Sandy, UT 84070
Duties: Develop and maintain corporate budgets and 5+ year strategic forecast. Assist in preparing, maintaining, and enhancing Bridge's operating and fund models and analysis related to corporate, fund, and asset performance. Execute financial analysis to drive growth and operational efficiencies. Assist in the development of quarterly and annual corporate budgets and forecasts. Assist in month-end processing, planning process review, variance analysis, and trend analysis. Synthesize and communicate financial information and trends to management teams. Partner with accounting, investment management, and other operational teams. Maintain and improve planning tools and help create and refine FP&A processes. Analyze and track strategic initiatives and key business metrics, including development of supporting models and expected outcomes. Develop reporting and dashboards showing the company's financial and operational activity. Perform ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or related; 1 month of experience as an Analyst or a related position *internship experience is acceptable. Experience must include: Conducting in-depth financial analysis using Excel, DCF method, WACC and FactSet, and identifying key performance indicators and industry benchmarks to support valuation conclusions. Utilizing Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and XIRR functions in Excel to assess investment feasibility and support valuation outcomes. Drafting client-facing reports summarizing valuation conclusions and key assumptions in order to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
