REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/27/2026-10/16/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. To perform various duties associated with the commercial production, maintenance, & harvest of vegetable, strawberry crops, cut flowers, and herbs. Workers will perform work according to supervisors instructions. Duties may include loading/unloading harvested fruits & vegetables. May construct trellises, repair & install fences & farm buildings and/or participate in irrigation activities. Workers will assist in greenhouse preparation of plants-filling trays with soil and seeding or transferring plants to bigger pots. Assist in high tunnel activities. Workers may wash and pack vegetables & fruits and wash harvest totes. This is a small farm with only 2 field workers. Job involves stooping, lifting and working outside in inclement weather & outdoor temps in excess of 100 degrees. Must have legal authority to work in the US. Must have two months positive verifiable prior experience in job offered. Workers may be required to take random, post-accident, and/or upon suspicion drug test at no cost to worker, post hire.
