Job Duties: Workers perform a wide range of manual farm tasks, including pulling weeds, removing stones and roots, taking down reflective tarps, cleaning equipment, removing trellis materials, and caring for young trees. They must follow all instructions from supervisors, stay in assigned work areas, and attend a mandatory orientation on rules and safety. The job requires extensive walking, standing, bending, repetitive movements, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Work may occur in extreme temperatures, wet conditions, and during light rain, and Saturday work is required. Workers must follow all safety guidelines, may undergo post-hire drug testing if warranted, and must be physically able to perform the duties safely. Additional tasks may include timekeeping or transporting workers.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation: Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
