We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Working Supervisor to lead and support our cardboard recylcing crew made up of adults with disabilities. This role involves driving the work truck while and perfoming duties while providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high standards are consistently met and each individual can succeed in their role.
