About the Role:
As a CPFR Analyst, you will be the strategic bridge between Colgate-Palmolive and Walmart. You will master the art of synchronization—aligning Demand and Supply through high-impact collaboration. Your mission is to turn logistics into a competitive advantage by leading forecasting and replenishment initiatives that directly drive sales, optimize inventory, and create value for both companies.
Responsibilities:

Collaborative Planning: Manage weekly forecast adjustments using Walmart’s GRS (Global Replenishment System).
Official Deliverables: Execute CPFR reporting, including OTIF analysis, RRS Risk Maps, and Helios visibility.
Commercial Sync: Lead alignment meetings for promotions, new launches, modular changes, and transitions.
Supply Chain Gap Closure: Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks from production to the shelf.
Process Innovation: Implement digital tools and efficiency projects (FTG) to drive operational savings.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Customer Service, or Logistics (Demand/Supply Planning, CPFR, or Production).
Advanced MS Office (Excel & Access), Google Tools, and SAP/Business Intelligence systems.
Deep understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply synchronization.
Advanced (at least 85%) English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong statistical background and experience in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Power BI or DOMO for dashboard creation and trend analysis.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
Basic knowledge of P&L statements and Cost-to-Serve models.
