We are looking for a success-driven and attentive Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in San Rafael, California. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers and showroom staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and inquiries. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
Handle customer orders, process returns and exchanges, and provide information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in customer management systems
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to management
Uphold the company’s values and maintain a high standard of customer care
Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a retail or call center environment.
• Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering excellent customer support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage point-of-sale transactions and order entry processes with accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with workflow communication tools and retail operations.
