Eaton Corporation TA Employer Branding Consultant in SAN PEDRO GARZA GARCA, Mexico

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a TA Employer Branding Consultant.

What you’ll do:

Job Summary

As a TA Employer Branding Consultant you will be responsible for supporting and advancing Eaton’s employer branding strategy across Latin America by promoting the company’s culture, values, and business goals through compelling content and visual storytelling to strengthen Eaton’s position as an employer of choice in the region.

You will also lead the end to end recruiting process for the Eaton Leadership Development Program (ELDP), building strong relationships with target universities and early career talent pools to attract candidates aligned with Eaton’s leadership values and long term business needs.

Additionally, you will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to continuously improve processes and support innovation within the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding function.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned ELDP roles across various business units and geographies.

  3. Utilize technology and tools to create compelling content and visual assets (written, digital, and social) to support recruitment marketing campaigns.

  4. Contribute creative ideas and data driven solutions to improve Eaton’s employer brand presence and recruiting effectiveness.

  5. Utilize global tools and platforms to post jobs, screen resumes, and manage candidate pipelines.

  6. Enhance candidate experience by integrating branding best practices throughout the recruiting process.

  7. Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  8. Partner with University Relations to support the Early Talent Initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with target universities, and early career talent pipelines.

  9. Support campus recruitment activities, events, and initiatives to attract high potential candidates

  10. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition COE.

  11. Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations and internal policies

Qualifications:

Education level required

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Years and area of experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a human resources, professional staffing or communications or marketing role

Technical knowledge

  • Advanced English

  • Experience with marketing and branding

  • Experience with recruiting or staffing

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Experience with Microsoft applications

  • Experience working with ATS and JobBoards
