A manufacturing company in San Marcos is bringing on an Operations Project Coordinator (Contract) to support production planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination during a busy operational cycle.
This role is highly hands-on — working with production, logistics, and leadership to keep timelines on track. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in structured chaos and can keep multiple priorities aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Track project timelines and operational workflows
Support reporting and production data tracking
Coordinate between departments (ops, logistics, admin)
Maintain documentation and process updates
Assist with scheduling and planning
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
2–4 years of operations or project coordination experience
Strong Excel and tracking/reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple moving parts
Experience in manufacturing or logistics preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
