A healthcare organization in San Marcos is hiring a Junior Financial Analyst to support operational reporting and financial tracking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to be part of a mission-driven environment. You’ll help maintain visibility into financial performance while learning how large-scale operations are supported behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with financial and operational reporting
Track departmental expenses and budgets
Maintain spreadsheets and reporting tools
Support variance analysis and forecasting
Work with teams to gather and validate data
Prepare reports for internal review
Assist with reconciliations and data accuracy
Support ongoing financial projects
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience or internships
Degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
Strong Excel and data management skills
Attention to detail and organization
Interest in healthcare or operations
Ability to communicate clearly with teams
