Resideo Payroll Specialist II in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, Mexico

Provide advanced payroll support to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, every time, by driving data integrity, compliance, and process excellence. As a Payroll Specialist II, you will leverage your analytical mindset, functional expertise, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex payroll issues and manage critical escalations. You will play a key role in aligning payroll operations with broader Human Resources and business objectives across multiple countries.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, validation, processing, and payroll output verification in alignment with multiple payroll calendars.

  • Perform in-depth audits and reconciliations of payroll and employee data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution.

  • Administer payroll outputs, ensuring proper delivery, reporting, and controls across different regions.

  • Provide advanced support to customers and stakeholders (employees, supervisors, HR partners), resolving complex inquiries and managing sensitive payroll issues.

  • Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in Mexico and Canada.

  • Manage and oversee payroll vendors (e.g., ADP), ensuring service level agreements and operational excellence.

  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll escalations, driving timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.

  • Support and align payroll processes with Time & Attendance systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Collaborate closely with Information Systems (IT) teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and support system enhancements and integrations.

  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization across payroll operations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Payroll, Human Resources, or related fields, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.

  • Advanced level of English written and spoken.

  • Hands-on experience managing payroll processes of Mexico and Canada.

  • Strong understanding of payroll concepts, calculations, and multi-country compliance requirements.

  • Experience working with payroll systems such as TRESS Revolution and ADP System.

  • Proven ability to manage complex payroll issues and lead escalations effectively.

  • Excel proficiency (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
