Honeywell Sr Talent Engagement Specialist in San Luis Potosi, Mexico
As a Sr Talent Engagement Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in driving employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace culture. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement strategies that enhance employee experience, promote inclusion, and support organizational goals.
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and programs that align with corporate talent objectives.
Partner with HR and business leaders to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
Design communication campaigns and events that promote inclusion, recognition, and employee well-being.
Analyze engagement data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Support management initiatives by fostering open communication and employee involvement.
Lead initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace environment.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in employee engagement, talent management, DEI initiatives, or related HR functions.
Fully Bilingual, English Spanish.
Strong knowledge of engagement tools, survey platforms, and data analysis techniques.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across diverse teams.
Valid US Visa and Passport.
Availability of travel (30%).
Excellent project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with corporate culture transformation and inclusion initiatives.
Background on data analytics functions.
