Honeywell Sr Cust Exp Specialist in San Luis Potosi, Mexico
As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will enhance customer satisfaction by developing strategies, analyzing feedback, and driving improvements. Your insights will ensure exceptional service and support. You will report directly to our Sr Cust Exp Supervisor and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosí, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our customer satisfaction levels by providing timely and effective support, helping to build strong relationships with our clients and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping dates, and product issues through calls and emails.
Collaborate with various departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, and Sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Process customer orders, including order entry, changes, and returns, while monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a customer service or related role.
English proficient
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
WE VALUE
Knowledge of ERP and CRM such as SAP and Salesforce
Familiarity with order management systems and processes.
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
