Honeywell Lead Management Specialist I in San Luis Potosi, Mexico

You will report directly to our Sr Manager Lead Management and you’ll work out of our SLP location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of management processes, contributing to the overall success of the organization by driving initiatives that improve operational workflows and support business goals.

  • Execute and optimize digital campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.

  • Manage lead qualification workflows in Salesforce (SFDC).

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders in Corp and across Sbgs and across teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and routing.

  • Monitor and report on lead performance metrics (MQL, SAL, SQL) using Salesforce dashboards.

  • Support campaign setup, UTM tracking, and campaign hierarchy in SFDC for traceability and ROI analysis.

  • Partner with Customer Marketing, lead mgmt., insights sales and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion expectations.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the L2R process and lead lifecycle management

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.

  • Analytical skills and understanding of lead funnel metrics.

  • Familiarity with lead scoring models (e.g., BANT) and campaign attribution.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global matrix environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in leadership roles and project management.

  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
