We are looking for a talented HSE Administrative Associate to join our team, specializing in HSE for CUMMINS COMERCIALIZADORA in San Luis Potosí .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead HSE initiatives in warehouses, identifying improvement opportunities and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct safety and environmental accident and incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions.
Track legal and regulatory HSE requirements, ensuring proper implementation and documentation.
Perform shop-floor walkthroughs to identify and report unsafe conditions.
Monitor and follow up on HSE performance indicators and metrics (safety and environmental KPIs).
Provide support to internal warehouses (Millennium and MLC – XBU).
Manage schedules, meetings, and commitments for general management, anticipating needs and coordinating priorities.
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including expense reports and required documentation.
Prepare, collect, and analyze information for presentations, reports, communications, and administrative documentation.
Facilitate effective communication between general management, internal employees, and external parties.
Maintain confidentiality and proper management of files, records, and sensitive documentation.
Support additional activities assigned by general management as needed.
Qualifications
Interaction with internal areas such as Operations, Quality, Offices, other Business Units (BUs), and project teams.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts.
Knowledge of applicable legal requirements related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Knowledge of HSE management systems.
Basic concepts of ergonomics, warehouse safety, and industrial vehicle safety.
Experience in HSE accident and incident investigations.
Monitoring and analysis of safety and environmental KPIs.
Administrative and office tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred: Basic to intermediate English proficiency.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within operational, industrial, or warehouse environments.
Previous experience in administrative support and/or HSE-related functions.
