Honeywell Disputes Professional in San Luis Potosi, Mexico
You will be responsible for investigating and troubleshooting customer inquiries, identifying root causes of problems, and implementing effective solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer inquiries and cases logged by Collectors or Customer Support
Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Partner with collectors to identify potential bad debts and mitigate risks
