Honeywell Data Analyst II in San Luis Potosi, Mexico
As a Data Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions. Your expertise in data analytics will help develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
In this role, you will impact decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop data models and algorithms to support business decisionmaking
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and develop datadriven solutions
Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.)
Experience in supply chain analytics or related field
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.)
Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
