Responsable de:
Responsable de apoyar la adopción y aplicación práctica de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial para la optimización, estandarización y automatización de procesos administrativos y de gestión de información, utilizando principalmente herramientas como Copilot y Glean dentro del entorno Microsoft 365, asegurando un uso eficiente, documentado y alineado a la mejora continua de la operación.
Responsabilidades :
Utilizar Copilot y Glean para la búsqueda inteligente de información, síntesis de contenido y apoyo en actividades administrativas recurrentes.
Analizar procesos administrativos e identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante el uso de Inteligencia Artificial y automatización.
Diseñar, configurar y dar mantenimiento a agentes de IA, asistentes conversacionales o flujos asistidos por IA para apoyar la gestión de información y procesos administrativos.
Apoyar en la estructuración, organización y calidad de la información en SharePoint Online para habilitar un uso efectivo de soluciones de IA.
Colaborar en el desarrollo de soluciones simples mediante Power Apps y Power Automate como habilitadores de automatización e IA.
Generar reportes básicos y visuales utilizando Power BI, cuando sea requerido.
Interactuar con sistemas y aplicaciones existentes, incluyendo la alimentación y validación de información en sistemas de gestión como GMS.
Documentar casos de uso, configuraciones, aprendizajes y mejores prácticas relacionadas con la implementación de IA.
Apoyar iniciativas de adopción digital, estandarización de procesos y proyectos de automatización de datos y reporteo.
Participar en validaciones en piso y colaborar con diferentes áreas para asegurar la correcta implementación de soluciones.
Requisitos:
Ser un estudiante activo de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación Diciembre 2027
Contar con un nivel intermedio de inglés
Seguro facultativo vigente
Carrera: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias de Datos o afín.
Experiencia y habilidades deseables:
Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación
Alto interés en Inteligencia Artificial aplicada, productividad digital y automatización .
Habilidad para organizar información, configurar soluciones digitales y aprender nuevas herramientas .
Conocimientos básicos de
Conocimientos básicos de: Power Apps , Power Automate y Power BI
Alto nivel de adaptabilidad
Interés en la innovación
