Job Duties

As our  Service Supervisor , you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

Other Listed Duties as Needed

  • Enforce KONE Zero Tolerance safety policy at all work sites.

  • Support and ensure that field operatives are on task to meet customer project goals and KONE profitability target.

  • Interface with Union representation and KONE field labor relations.

  • Prepare monthly reports of expenditures and accountability within the field.

  • Become proficient in SAP and be able to use it as needed.

  • Inspect all maintenance job sites periodically to insure that they are being maintained in accordance with KONE Inc. policies and standards.

  • Assure regular examinations made on all jobs comply with contract agreement. This also includes the free service period of a new installation and modernization.

  • Maintain inventory to insure proper parts are available for maintenance.

  • Maintain required tools in tool inventory to efficiently and profitably complete maintenance and repair jobs.

  • Assist the Service Manager with recommendations for hiring and training of maintenance and repair personnel.

  • Order materials for repair jobs to be available for crews when work is scheduled.

  • Check Service and Work Orders and final processing of completion notices to insure that all time, purchase orders, and material orders are posted before approving for billing.

  • Review all service reports to insure proper gross profit level. Control service labor and material cost to insure costs stay within labor and material budget guidelines.

Hiring requirements

  • You will bring 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise as well as well as one year leading people towards a common goal.

  • You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree or 2-year technical school.

  • Equivalent work experience in service industry accepted in lieu of degree.

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

  • Well Organized

  • Customer service mindset

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $131,400 --- $172,500. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
