  • Salary: $143, 570 - $179,462 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Operations Manager partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment, collaborating to build weekly/monthly volume and demand planning forecast to coordinate volume forecast with logistics and supply chain team

  • This role will manage execution of day-to-day distribution center operations assisting in the selection, supervision, and development of the DC team

  • You will establish the analysis of daily/weekly KPI’s and maintain collaborative relationships with all department to achieve goals and provide customer satisfaction

  • The Operations Manager ensures the safeguard and security of company assets as well as teamwork and alignment to guarantee a culture of synergy and transparency

  • You will also experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications

  • Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) with 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management

    Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
