Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email to ensure outstanding service and delivery commitments.

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

  • Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to multitask and resolve issues under pressure.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  • 1 year of related experience, ideally within a call center environment.

  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
