About the Role:

The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse during the afternoon and evening shifts in San Juan, PR. This position is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the overall logistics workflow. The role requires close collaboration with team members to meet daily operational targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Employee PM contributes to optimizing warehouse processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this position ensures that all warehouse activities are executed smoothly and timely to support the company’s supply chain objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse safety protocols.

  • Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift operator certification.

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments according to company procedures.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain organized and clean work areas to comply with safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the PM shift.

  • Report any operational issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.

Skills:

The required skills such as inventory management and safe operation of warehouse equipment are essential for daily tasks like receiving shipments and preparing orders for dispatch. Physical stamina and attention to detail ensure that goods are handled properly and inventory records remain accurate. Communication skills facilitate effective teamwork and coordination with supervisors to meet shift goals.
