Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of technology infrastructure projects. This contract position, with the potential for a permanent role, is based in San Juan Capistrano, California, and is ideal for someone skilled in managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project schedules, installation timelines, and delivery milestones to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project tasks, progress, and deliverables to maintain alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, field technicians, vendors, and clients to address needs and resolve issues.
• Manage material orders and logistics to support project requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including statements of work (SOWs), invoices, site photos, and records.
• Assist in preparing project updates, status reports, and relevant documentation for stakeholders.
• Support the setup of new projects, creation of job packets, and completion of closeout documentation. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administrative roles, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and efficient collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.
• PMP certification or formal project management training is preferred.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
