You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute
You will:
Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

Experience in customer service, logistics or sales support
Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)
Solid communication and problem solving skills
Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure

What you need to know about this position:
Construir y mantener dashboards e informes en herramientas como Power BI y Excel.
Analizar información de ventas, inventarios y desempeño comercial para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.
Consolidar y garantizar la integridad de la información.
Brindar soporte al área de trade marketing con información clave, incluyendo la elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas.
Control, análisis y seguimiento de inventarios de los clientes
Monitorear el rendimiento del negocio a través de indicadores claves (KPIs) y proyecciones de ventas.
Acompañar el seguimiento de productos nuevos, innovaciones y su desempeño en el mercado.
Dar seguimiento detallado de la colocación de exhibidores en cada mercado
Monitorear los precios de nuestros productos vs principales competidores.
Job specific requirements:
Carreras administrativas, estadísticas, y afines.
Nivel de ingles avanzado.
Manejo de herramientas como Excel, Power BI y Power Point avanzado.
Manejo de herramientas como Nielsen, Kantar y Tableu es un plus.
Mínimo dos años de experiencia en cargos de análisis de data dando soporte al área comercial.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tolerancia al cambio, y ética profesional.
