Overview

At Publicis Re:Sources, cloud computing continues to allow us to modernize and consolidate IT infrastructure, automate workloads, and pursue next-generation innovation. To continue this transformation, we’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI\CD tools and process, implementation, and support of projects and infrastructure in the cloud. The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech of GCP, with a firm DevOps background, and will be an active contributing member of the team constantly looking for areas to improve.

Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering

• Implement, support, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure across IaaS and PaaS environments.

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, including root-cause analysis for cluster-related issues.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

• Develop and maintain standardized IaC templates using Terraform.

• Build automation and scripting solutions using Shell, Python, or Groovy to streamline operational tasks.

• CI/CD Engineering

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD workflows for applications built on both traditional and microservices architectures.

• Collaborate with development teams to select, integrate, and deploy CI/CD and DevOps tools.

• Create and maintain Jenkins pipelines, including advanced Groovy-based scripted pipelines.

• Build automated self-provisioning pipelines for DEV and QA teams to reduce manual deployment effort.

• Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues, recurring job failures, and code deployment errors.

DevOps Tooling & Processes

• Work with tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, and Ansible.

• Define and refine development, testing, release, update, and support processes.

• Apply release management best practices and contribute to continuous process optimization.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and time zones.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS).

• Strong hands-on expertise with Jenkins, Groovy pipelines, and CI/CD tooling.

• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation in large-scale environments.

• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Shell, Groovy, or Python.

• Familiarity with version control systems, release automation tools, and DevOps best practices.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related degrees preferred

• 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting cloud solutions on GCP experience

Communication Skills:

• Fluent coomunication in English (B2+ or above).

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience working with GCP

• Experience on IaC using Terraform

• Recent experience working with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE)

• Recent experience on CI/CD tool like GitHub Actions.

• Expertise in software code deployment procedures

• Scripting experience on tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet

• Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure

• Working understanding of programming languages such as Ruby, Python, and NodeJS

• Expertise on Databricks

• Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, Mongo, CosmosDB or other noSQL databases
