Insight Global Supply Chain Program Manager in San Jose, California
Job Description
Own end‑to‑end supply chain execution for a product family, managing everything from prototype builds through production ramp and sustained manufacturing. On a daily basis, translate product and customer demand into material, capacity, and manufacturing requirements; ensure supply chain readiness across BOM setup, materials sourcing, capacity planning, and supplier alignment; and coordinate closely with engineering on configurations, changes, and production readiness. Manage prototype and ramp materials, work directly with foundries and OSATs on capacity and yield planning, issue and manage assembly build instructions and loading plans, and maintain a rolling 6‑month supply and ship plan. Partner with finance on supply chain cost inputs and budgets, monitor execution to ensure on‑time delivery, and serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for internal stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
Salary Expectation: 152K-183K/year

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, or supply chain program management in the semiconductor industry.
-Proven experience managing NPI through production ramp.
-Strong hands‑on experience with:
BOM structures and setup
Manufacturing routings and alternative materials
Materials management and capacity planning
-Direct experience working with foundries and OSATs.
-Comfortable managing prototype builds and scaling to high‑volume production.
-Experience coordinating cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and finance.
-Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
-Strong Excel skills, including scenario and what‑if analysis.
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
