Our client, a leading SaaS organization specializing in financial technology solutions, is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the platform development and operational excellence teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, reliable cloud-native systems on AWS, utilizing serverless and containerization technologies.
Own the development and maintenance of automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure as code to enhance deployment efficiency and system stability.
Design and implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions to ensure high system availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices, technical standards, and innovative solutions.
What's Needed?
8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, and Open Telemetry.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while leading technical initiatives.
