100% Remote (just be online 10–4 PST)
$125K – $135K + bonus

You’ll oversee multiple real estate funds (multifamily + more)
Manage and develop a team of 3
Work directly on process improvements + system implementations
Operate in a high-growth platform that’s scaling fast (AUM has exploded in recent years)
Get exposure to institutional-level investors and deals
Requirements
Who this is for:
5+ years in real estate accounting (multifamily strongly preferred)
Proven management experience (not just a doer—someone who leads)
Strong month-end close ownership
Comfortable in a fully remote, self-directed environment
Someone who doesn’t wait for answers—they figure things out
