Opportunity Overview
Technical Segment Product Manager for the Memory Test Division
The Technical Segment Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for independently owning significant product or technology areas within Memory Test Division. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business judgment to drive product strategy, execution, and customer success.
The role is expected to operate with minimal supervision, influence cross-functional decisions, and serve as a technical and market leader while continuing to build toward broader segment ownership.
Duties & Responsibilities
Independently own assigned products or technology areas, including strategy inputs, roadmap definition, and execution.
Drive product lifecycle activities including positioning, pricing recommendations, forecasting ownership, launch, and sustainment.
Lead market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
Develop and deliver high-quality technical marketing collateral, sales tools, and executive-level presentations.
Act as a primary technical interface for customers, supporting design-in activities and roadmap discussions.
Collaborate closely with Business Development to support product forecasts and business assumptions, partnering with Operations and Finance to support planning decisions.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Applications, Sales, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
Mentor and provide guidance to less -senior product managers, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
Contribute to mid-term segment strategy and planning under the guidance of Manager or Senior Technical Leaders.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Typically 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, applications, product engineering, test engineering or related memory semiconductor roles.
Strong understanding of semiconductor memory products, customers, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
Experience with memory ATE, test solutions, or complex semiconductor systems preferred.
Location: San Jose, CA.
Travel of approximately 15 –20% expected .
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $139.400 – $223,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the actual salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range may vary based on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
