Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. You will be responsible for assembling units using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, and following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. Your role will involve inspecting cosmetic chassis defects before installing PCBA, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and contributing to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
Responsibilities
Assemble units using hand and power tools and fixtures.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Inspect cosmetic chassis defects before installing PCBA.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist in ad-hoc projects such as assembling tables and transferring heavy material.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and manufacturing work instructions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency is required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO-9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC-A-610 is advantageous.
Accuracy in documentation is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
