As an Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Logistics Department supporting operational excellence and supply chain efficiency. Job Title: Inbound Logistics Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $35
Shift: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Plan, book, and track ocean & air imports from supplier partners, managing incoterms, routing, and transit-time targets.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely filings, documentation, and customs clearance.
Monitor port congestion, demurrage/detention risks, and execute expedites or mode shifts as needed.
Maintain accurate shipment milestones and share proactive updates with stakeholders.
Schedule inbound appointments, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and optimize freight consolidations to control costs.
What's Needed?
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Experience with electronic inventory management systems, preferably Oracle.
Experience shipping complex products both nationally and internationally.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
