Oakland, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
$150K – $165K + bonus
Clear path to Controller-level progression
This isn’t just another reporting role.
You’ll be stepping into a high-growth real estate investment platform actively deploying capital, launching new vehicles, and scaling fast.
Translation: more exposure, more ownership, more upside.
What you’ll own:
Full oversight of fund-level accounting + reporting (ASC 946)
Lead audits and tax processes (you’re the point person)
Manage 3rd-party fund administrators
Drive investor reporting + LP communication
Partner cross-functionally with asset management + leadership
Requirements
Who this is for:
5+ years in real estate / fund accounting
Strong understanding of capital activity, allocations, and fund structures
Someone with presence, communication skills, and leadership edge
Ready to move from execution → ownership
