Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly - Swing to join their team. As an Assembly - Swing, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembly - Swing
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $19
Shift: 2pm - 3am, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Perform electrical assembly, wiring, and cable harnessing tasks with precision
Conduct mechanical assembly, riveting, and screwing sheet metal parts together
Participate in in-process inspections with proper training
Assist in clean room assembly processes following safety and quality standards
Package parts and move components as required to support production flow
What's Needed?
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
Knowledge of assembly tools, mechanical, and electrical assembly techniques
Capability to work while standing for extended periods and operate rivet guns
Ability to read and interpret assembly prints
Entry-level experience (0-1 year) in manufacturing or assembly roles
