Insight Global Analytics Relations Manager in San Jose, California

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Analytics Relations Manager for a leader in the fintech space. In this role, you will help execute and scale the client’s Analyst Relations program, ensuring key industry analysts have a clear, accurate understanding of the client’s products, positioning, and strategy.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in B2B SaaS who enjoys working cross‑functionally, supporting external-facing initiatives, and operating in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support relationships with industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others relevant to the client’s market

Coordinate and support analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow‑up communications on behalf of the client

Assist in preparing materials for analyst engagements, including briefing decks, messaging documents, and product overviews

Support analyst evaluations such as Magic Quadrants, Waves, and market research reports

Collaborate closely with the client’s product marketing, product management, sales, and communications teams to gather inputs and align messaging

Track analyst coverage, feedback, and sentiment and help summarize insights for internal stakeholders

Maintain analyst databases, briefing schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth program operations

Help ensure consistent, accurate representation of the client’s products and positioning across all analyst interactions

We can pay $53-57/hour.

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment

Background in product marketing, marketing strategy, analyst relations, communications, or a related field

Strong understanding of SaaS products, customer use cases, and competitive positioning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to distill complex technical or strategic concepts into clear, concise messaging

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders Prior experience supporting analyst briefings or analyst inquiries

Familiarity with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC

Experience supporting product launches or go‑to‑market initiatives

Comfort working in dynamic or high‑growth SaaS environments
