Job Title: CNC Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility/plant equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
Utilize troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for CNC maintenance.
Execute simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Organize parts storage and tool storage.
Essential Skills
Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
Must have electrical experience with 110v-480v, 3 phase.
Pneumatics and hydraulics experience.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1-4 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
Preferred experience with mill and lathe work.
Required CNC experience.
Fanuc control experience: Haas, Mori Seiki.
Technical capacity.
Repair and troubleshoot Haas and Mori Seiki machines.
Proficiency in CNC machine maintenance.
Mathematical skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
