AboutThe Role
As a CBRE Workplace ExperienceCoordinator - Events, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-classcustomer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.This job is
part of the Workplace Experiencefunction. They are responsible for providing world-class
customer service to the clientsand visitors of designated buildings.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and execute on-siteevents, including room booking, nametags, setup, teardown, and
logistics
• Develop, print, and placeevent signage (e.g., directional signs, reserved seating, name
badges)
• Prepare event spaces bychecking seating, cleanliness, supplies, and room conditions
• Liaise with IT/AV teams fortech setup and support during events
• Escort large groups ofexternal attendees from lobby to event areas
• Support high-touch events withonsite staffing, decor setup, and guest assistance
• Receive and distribute vendordeliveries (signage, food, rentals, florals, alcohol, swag, etc.)
• Escort and oversee vendorsduring setup and teardown (e.g., Entire Productions)
• Lead office tours and assistguests with accessibility needs during events
• Submit Jira tickets forbuilding services or space adjustments as needed
• Follow property-specificsecurity and emergency procedures.
What You’ll Need:
Applicantsmust be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need forvisa sponsorship now or in the future
HighSchool diploma or equivalent, 1+ years’ experience in an administrativeenvironment Preferred
Knowledgeof Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
StrongOutlook experience
Knowledgeof basic mathematics and general office practices.
Abilityto determine work priorities
Workwell with others in a team setting
Workindependently as needed
Abilityto lift up to 50 lbs.
Capabilityof standing/walking for extended periods
Validdriver’s License
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Events Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Events Coordinator position is $65,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
