Description
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team on a contract, on-call basis in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong presence, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations. As a key point of contact, you will provide detail-oriented support and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide front desk and receptionist services, including greeting visitors and managing inbound calls.
• Set up and break down food and beverage arrangements for meetings, ensuring all items are presented appropriately.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, including cleaning cycles and replenishing supplies.
• Utilize software tools such as Slack and Microsoft Office to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm and confident presence while managing multiple responsibilities and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to a business dress code, preferably navy blue suit with white button-up.
• Respond to on-call requests with flexibility, including same-day assignments as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality workplace experience.
• Complete necessary background checks and drug tests as part of the onboarding process.
Requirements • Previous experience in hospitality roles such as luxury hotels, coffee shops, or as a flight attendant.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage rush periods effectively.
• Familiarity with food and beverage handling, including setup and cleanup for meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; experience with Slack is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and presentation at all times.
• Availability for on-call, as-needed assignments with the flexibility to respond promptly.
• Comfortable completing onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug tests.
