Description
Responsibilities:
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Oversee janitorial and maintenance work orders, addressing needs promptly and effectively.
• Manage workplace services such as mailroom operations, office supply inventory, and onboarding processes.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and colleagues, providing attentive and thorough solutions.
• Plan and execute on-site events, including securing event spaces, setting up and tearing down rooms, and delivering necessary supplies.
• Follow established security and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all building occupants.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and goods required for workplace operations.
• Perform routine office upkeep tasks, such as resetting furniture and cleaning surfaces.
• Communicate complex information clearly within the team while following manager directives.
• Use existing procedures to address straightforward challenges with limited discretion.
Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent, with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to adhere to established work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging clear and concise information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational abilities paired with a proactive and inquisitive attitude.
• Familiarity with security protocols and workplace safety procedures.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating services.
