Description
Natalie Lue with Robert Half is recruiting a Senior Merchandise Coordinator to support forecast accuracy and product flow for perishable CPG items. Role includes analyzing sales trends, managing demand plans, coordinating with sales and supply chain, and preparing reporting to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time. Ideal for someone detail‑oriented with experience in perishables, demand planning, or merchandising. The company works hybrid a minimum of 3 days onsite in San Francisco.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, with at least 2 years in demand planning or forecasting within retail.
• Proficiency in demand planning tools, with experience in SAP or similar systems being advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain logistics and budgeting techniques, including forecasting.
