Robert Half Real Estate Paralegal in San Francisco, California
Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in transactional real estate matters. This role involves handling residential and commercial transactions, leasing, development, and finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and a strong ability to manage legal documentation and client communication.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions, including examining title reports and surveys.
• Prepare comprehensive closing documents and assist attorneys during real estate closings.
• Maintain organized and accurate files for all real estate matters.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address inquiries regarding their transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all transactional deadlines and requirements are met.
• Research legal and regulatory matters affecting real estate processes.
• Analyze and summarize complex real estate agreements and documents.
• Coordinate with external parties, such as title companies and lenders, to facilitate seamless transactions. Requirements • Associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in transactional real estate law.
• Proficiency in reviewing preliminary title reports and purchase agreements.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, including commercial leasing and transactions.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
