$125K – $135K + Bonus

Oversee financial reporting across 5 funds
Manage and mentor a team of 3
Own month-end close, reporting, and process improvements
Partner with leadership on system implementations + operational buildout

Requirements
Who this is for:
5+ years in real estate accounting (multifamily preferred)
3+ years of team management experience
Strong with full-cycle close, reporting, and Excel
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
Yardi experience = big plus
