HELIX OPPORTUNITY LLC Project Manager in San Francisco, California
Support our customer's Enterprise Global Supply Chain Function for Risk Management. This position will be remote, supporting 8 to 5 PM EST working hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain performance dashboards
- Develop and continuously update KPI, SLA, and utilization dashboards (user adoption and tool usage) to provide realtime visibility into project health.
- raw data into actionable insights
- Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, delivering recommendations that influence decisionmaking.
- Track and report success metrics
- Define, monitor, and report on success indicators that measure the impact of initiatives and operational effectiveness.
- Create and manage central knowledge assets
- Produce and keep current centralized documentation such as playbooks, templates, and bestpractice guides to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Develop executivelevel presentations
- Build datadriven slide decks with concise narratives that translate complex analysis into clear, strategic storytelling for senior leadership.
- Benchmark operational maturity
- Conduct comparative analyses to assess current performance against industry standards and internal maturity models, identifying gaps and improvement pathways.
