Insight Global Project Manager - Research and Grants in San Francisco, California
Job Description
• Lead and manage project activities for an Oracle Cloud implementation, with primary focus on Research & Grants (Finance experience also acceptable)
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional leads, IT, finance, research administration, and external implementation partners
• Facilitate project governance, status meetings, and executive updates
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure alignment with UC policies, compliance requirements, and institutional processes
• Support testing, deployment, and transition activities as needed

Skills and Requirements
• Proven Project Management experience, preferably in large-scale ERP or Oracle Cloud implementations
• Oracle Cloud experience required
o Research & Grants experience strongly preferred
o Finance module experience acceptable
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
