Job Summary
Program Manager / Product Owner with 11+ years of experience leading software development initiatives, enterprise application integration, data analytics programs, and business intelligence solutions. Strong ability to manage end‑to‑end delivery, drive product roadmaps, improve data quality, and collaborate across engineering, business, finance, and operations. Skilled in risk assessment, data governance, and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs for global clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead program execution across software development, data systems, application integration, and enterprise platforms.
Define product roadmaps, requirements, backlog priorities, and release plans; work closely with engineering and business teams.
Manage data-related risks, compliance issues, and end-to-end data lineage initiatives, especially in regulated environments.
Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, data validation, and solution design for BI and analytics initiatives.
Drive platform enhancements, user experience improvements, process efficiencies, and cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, credit, operations, risk, sales, and engineering to ensure program success.
Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners through clear communication and continuous engagement.

The annual salary for this position is between $98,000 – $ 115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
