Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in supporting Oracle Park?s operations by overseeing daily warehouse activities, inventory management, and team performance. This position ensures all materials, equipment, and food & beverage supplies are received, stored, and distributed accurately, safely, and on schedule to meet the demands of live events in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $31.50 to $31.50. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and distribution of goods across the ballpark
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational standards and event deadlines
Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Facilities, Purchasing, and Event Operations teams to ensure seamless product flow
Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems and conduct cycle counts and audits
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and venue safety standards
Monitor and control inventory shrink, spoilage, and damageAssist with event-load builds, game-day distributions, and post-event breakdowns
Enforce proper handling of refrigerated, frozen, and dry goods
Prepare reports related to inventory, labor, and operational metrics
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
Minimum 3?5 years of warehouse or distribution experience , preferably in a stadium, arena, hospitality, or foodservice environment
1?2 years of supervisory or lead experience required
Strong working knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices
Experience managing perishable food inventory strongly preferred
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts; certification a plus)
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly on event and game days
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and guest experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in refrigerated and storage environments
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible schedule required , including nights, weekends, holidays, and all home games and major events
