Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Service Line Specialist where you will leverage your extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes and driving efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of financial processes ensuring seamless integration across Record to Report Order to Cash and Procure to Pay functions.

  • Oversee the analysis and optimization of financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide expert guidance on financial reporting and compliance ensuring adherence to industry standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes and procedures.

  • Monitor financial performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive business growth.

  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of financial systems and processes.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

  • Evaluate and implement new financial technologies to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.

  • Support the finance team in preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

  • Ensure effective communication of financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of financial operations.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and data.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Finance-Record to Report Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing financial process improvements.

  • Show proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the role.

  • Display a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

  • Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting domain enhancing overall financial acumen.

Certifications Required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
