Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of financial processes ensuring seamless integration across Record to Report Order to Cash and Procure to Pay functions.
Oversee the analysis and optimization of financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide expert guidance on financial reporting and compliance ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes and procedures.
Monitor financial performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive business growth.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of financial systems and processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Evaluate and implement new financial technologies to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
Support the finance team in preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Ensure effective communication of financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of financial operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and data.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of Finance-Record to Report Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Have a proven track record of successfully implementing financial process improvements.
Show proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the role.
Display a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting domain enhancing overall financial acumen.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
