You will receive the same orientation training as our full-time engineers, you will be matched with an individual mentor, and you will be committing production code by the end of your first week. In the course of your internship, you will be tasked with one or more mission-critical projects and make meaningful contributions to LiveRamp's success. Internships are 12 weeks long. Should we want to extend you a full-time offer after you graduate, we ask that you would be willing to consider this at the end of your internship. We are seeking interns interested in full-stack application development and big data back-end engineering.
LiveRamp is looking for an Intern, Software Development Engineer in Test for the Quality engineering team. The candidate's primary focus will be to integrate closely with the development team and automate the user journey scenarios to enable the process to be as efficient as possible. The primary goal is to support LiveRamp’s product to move fast and not break things.
You will:
● Design and develop the product’s release quality assurance flow to fit the organization’s situation.
● Partner with PM to prepare the user case & journey of the umbrella product.
● Partner with TPM and dev lead to manage the overall release status through the release management tool.
● Thinking from the user perspective as a product expert to improve the user experience.
● Design and develop product-level performance testing.
● Design and develop product-level end-to-end automation to accelerate the product release cycle.
● Prepare and share product knowledge with the SRE and Technical support team.
● Troubleshoot customer-reported product Issues
About you:
● Hands-on experience in Test Strategy, Test Plan, Design, and Execution for Functional, Integration, and PSR testing
● Experience on Robustness testing tools like Jmeter
● Experience in Python and/or Java
● Experience setting up cloud test environments using Google Cloud
Platform, Amazon Web Services, etc.
● Experience in agile and as an integrated Quality Engineer on a scrum team
