Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial planning and analysis efforts, partnering with operations and leadership to deliver actionable insights. Your expertise will help shape strategies that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain pro forma financial models for new business opportunities and expansion projects.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the financial impact of operational variables, such as labor costs and participation rates.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts to align with organizational goals.
• Analyze key cost drivers, including labor, food expenses, and cost per unit, to identify trends and variances.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure financial performance aligns with service delivery models.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve margins and overall financial health.
• Aggregate, validate, and standardize financial and operational data across multiple locations.
• Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to address specific business challenges or opportunities.
